Heather is a certified coach and professional speaker specializing in supporting individuals raising and advocating for gender-diverse and transgender children of all ages.Drawing from her personal journey with a neurodiverse, non-binary, trans-masculine child, as well as the tragic loss of her younger daughter to suicide after an unrelenting battle with an extremely complex mental illness, Heather brings a unique depth of compassion and insight to her clients.With a commitment to creating a safe and confidential space, Heather guides parents and caregivers in exploring their own emotions and reactions, thereby enhancing their understanding and resilience, and empowering them to cultivate nurturing and accepting environments for their children and communities.Heather's professional expertise and personal experiences converge to offer unparalleled support for families navigating the complexities of gender identity and mental health.

You will be part of a supportive community of parents and caregivers who share similar experiences and challenges. I believe in the power of connection to reduce isolation, increase learning, and create a network of understanding.Reduce Fear:

You will learn more about gender identity and expression, helping you gain a better understanding of what your kiddo is experiencing, and offering you language and vocabulary to help you communicate respectfully with your kiddo.Build Strength and Resilience:
Building a supportive environment for your kiddo is essential. And… It is essential for you too. We will work together to fill your toolbox with resources, knowledge, coping skills and new friendships, offering you strength and resilience for your journey.

October 17, 2023 to March 19, 2024.Group Coaching:
6 x 90-minute group sessions via Zoom once per month.Individual Coaching:
12 x 60-minute individual 1:1 coaching sessions via zoom twice per month.A private WhatsApp group for sharing and connecting.Regularly shared resources and journaling prompts.Price:
